Babies, and Cavemen.

Babies, and Cavemen.

So I’ve been eating paleo.
I know, I know, I know.
It seems like the thing to do these days.
I have been on it since last Monday. I feel more energetic and lively than ever before.
My carpals have since gotten better, and I am working to get that paper from the man.

Paleo Lifestyle.
I can get down on it. It makes sense to me.
No processed shit. Eat whole foods.
I get it.
The most fun I’ve been having is figuring out new food combinations.
The most MOST fun, though? My new ice cream maker.
Man, I can make paleo ice cream.
And have. I. Ever.

Tonight, I made chocolate with chopped almonds and toasted coconut.
I used coconut milk, eggs, vanilla bean, almond extract, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and coconut sugar.
So creamy and delicious.
I can’t even tell you.
The possibilities are now endless!!
Chocolate, Almond, Coconut.

Recipe to follow.

I did a couple of photo shoots.
Babies, O’course.
One of my oldest friends, April, had a baby boy named Jackson.
She wouldn’t allow my “moss, rocks, and hardwood” vision..
Jackson.
But she did allow the basket stylings.
Baby in a basket.

My dear friend Sarah had her baby boy, too.
The last bit of her pregnancy was a bit nerve-wracking.
A nail-biter to say the least.
But he’s here, now! And so so little!
He’s got a no nudity policy.
Jason.
What a little peach.

Life goes on, hey?
